In order to confirm your booking we require a deposit equal to 30% of the estimated value of your booking. We will supply a Tax Invoice for this which can be paid by cheque or direct deposit.
We need to be notified of the final minimum numbers 2 weeks prior to the booking date. A final invoice will be issued at the time of the booking which will take account of the deposit paid and the number of people actually attending your function (but cannot be less than the previously notified minimum number).
